Cookie Policy
Last updated: 20 July 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on Members Request Desk (operated by NEMO Australia Pty Ltd), and how you can control them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information more broadly.
What we use today: strictly necessary only
Members Request Desk currently sets only strictly-necessary cookies — the ones the site cannot function without:
- Authentication — session cookies (set by our auth provider, Supabase) that keep studio staff signed in to the dashboard. Members filling in a freeze form are not signed in and get no authentication cookies.
- Security — short-lived tokens that protect forms against abuse (for example, verifying that a submission belongs to the browser that started it).
Because these are essential, they are exempt from consent requirements under the Australian Privacy Principles and the GDPR/ePrivacy rules.
What we do not use
We currently use no analytics cookies and no marketing or advertising trackers — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no tag manager. There is nothing to opt out of, because nothing optional is running.
If that ever changes
If we introduce analytics or marketing technologies in the future, we will show a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set, give you a way to change your choice at any time, and update this policy with the specific providers and purposes. Where the GDPR applies, non-essential cookies will not be set until you opt in.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent staff sign-in and parts of the site from working.
